Attention of where we are in our space, normally we do this with eyes open, not only inner sensation, also receiving outer world
Allowing what the breath is doing
Allowing the judgments and thoughts to be there

Sensation: sensing the body, the breath

anchors: carrying, sensing, allowing & being present
Bring your body in a sensation that it is enough for now
To follow your sensation but also molding, giving a certain direction. Playing a form that can have its effect & being able to join sth. collective- you can also go into sth chosen

Coming back to simple exercise, go back to this formality, the play between the formal & the informal
allowing the thoughts & desires to be carried_ embracing them

This work comes to confront it with certain patterns. Brings question up of self-optimization, liberal self subjectivity –> what are we practicing for?
If we focus too much on personal transformation, we don´t have eyes on structural work? How we interact with societal structure
